Common questions
Is an UnSlabbed grade an official grade?
No. UnSlabbed estimates a grade from your photos to help you decide whether a card is worth submitting. It is not affiliated with PSA, Beckett, CGC, SGC, TAG or ACE.
Do I need an account?
No. UnSlabbed doesn't create an account for you. Your grades and photos are kept in History on your device unless you delete them.
How do I get the sharpest result?
Use even, bright light without glare, lay the card flat on a plain background, and let the auto-capture camera fire once the outline locks on.
I bought grade credits. Where do refunds go?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us if something didn't work and we'll help.
